This taco dip is so delicious! And do not let the title fool you, just because it says skinny doesn’t mean it is bland! This is packed full of flavor and will be a crowd pleaser at any get together!
What you will need:
Nonstick Cooking Spray
1/2 package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/2 cup of light sour cream
1/2 cup of salsa, divided
1 tbsp of taco seasoning
1 can of fat free refried beans
120g guacamole (2 single serve Wholly Molly cups used here)
120g reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese or cheddar cheese
30g tomatoes, chopped
30g black olives, sliced
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, 2 tbsp of the salsa and taco seasoning. Mix well to incorporate or use an electric mixer. Set to the side. Spray a square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the refried beans into the bottom of the pan. Next, layer the sour cream and cream cheese mixture, followed by the guacamole, the remaining salsa, cheese, tomatoes, and olives. You may also top with fresh cilantro, lettuce, jalapenos, or any other seasonings you desire. Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Serve with chips!
