Hey friends! I know that eating salads every day can get a little boring. Sometimes it is nice to try something different. This week I am sharing 2 lunches off of my meal plan that are low carb and keto friendly. As always, these are from my macro coach Tara Fraizer.
Wasabi Dip with Cucumber
30 grams (roughly 1/3 of a cup) Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt
30 grams (1/3 cup) Sour Cream
15 grams (1 tbsp) Wasabi
Mix all of the above well.
100 grams (about 1/2 cup) cucumber sliced
To round out my macros, I pair this with 3 ounces of deli turkey and a cheese stick.
Keto Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps
1 chopped hard boiled egg
3 chopped hard boiled egg whites
Fresh dill (optional)
8 grams of mayo (about 2 tsp)
1 tbsp of nonfat greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the above. Wrap in romaine leaves and serve with veggie of your choice.
