Hey friends!! It's hard to believe it was one year ago I started my blog. I remember posting a story and saying how I had no clue what I'm doing and I still don't! Part of the problem is I am intimidated by it. Nothing sucks worse than spending hours on a post and it gets ranked 47th on Google. Everyday I want to say forget it. Hello Make a Meal Monday!! Here is another one that is ready to eat in under 30 minutes. There are so many variations to this bowl. You can swap shrimp for steak or chicken. You could add black beans, tomatoes and sour cream! This is the exact one created for my by my Macro Coach Tara Fraizer. Here is what you will need 👇

* Rice (I get about 80 grams)
* Grilled onions and peppers (around 1/3 to 1/2 a cup)
* Shrimp (4 ounces)
* Salsa (1 to 2 tablesooons)
